Leadership All-Stars Challenge
January 9, 2012 through March 21, 2012

CHALLENGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  The Challenge starts Monday January 9, and ends on Wednesday March 21st at 11:59 PM.

2.  You must purchase three (3) tickets to the Leadership All-Stars Local Seminar being held on March 25th.

3.  You MUST register with GonowUFO@gonowmaryland.com or fax to (888) 242-7087 NO LATER THAN Wednesday March 21st by 11:59pm. Your registration must include your ticket numbers, your accountability mentor and any supporting documents.

4.  To complete the Challenge and be recognized you must score a Minimum of 100 points in each of the five areas on page two. (You can score more than 100 points in each area and it is recommended.)

6.  The Winners must be in attendance at the Local Seminar on March 25th.
  • First place Challenge Achiever (Highest TOTAL Points scored) will receive Two admission tickets to the 2012 Mideast Regional in Ocean City, MD.

  • Second place Challenge Achiever (Second highest TOTAL Points scored) will receive Two admission tickets to the next Local Seminar with SEFVP Frank Keefer.

  • Third place Challenge Achiever (Third highest TOTAL Points scored) will receive One admission ticket to the next Local Seminar with SEFVP Frank Keefer.
